ZERO-JCL WAY TO CREATE A JOIN BETWEEN AN SQL QUERY AND THE RECORDS OF A VSAM DATASET

1. Prepare your SQL, and fill in the mandatory fields on the Panel.

 (DB2 Subsystem , Driver SQL Dataset Name, and if VSAM JOIN is desired, the VSAM Dataset Name, and its KEY construct columns.)

2. Define how the VSAM key is to be constructed from in terms of the column names of the Query Result Table, along with a COPYBOOK of the VSAM record if desired.
3. Hit PF6.

Four output  datasets will be created with relevant data, along with related reporting.
